Don't Just Take Our Word About NASMM's FrontDoor Training...
The NASMM Front Door training added valuable insight to my experience and previous training. I highly recommend this course to those who may be starting out, as well as to those who have been working in the field for some time. It's always great to refresh our learning and add to what we may not have known.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank NASMM for providing the FrontDoor Training! We had the passion for the job, but now we have the knowledge! All thanks to NASMM and FrontDoor Training!
I believe the Front Door program is an excellent program and really does a good job on relaying how an older adult views things. It covers all of their sensory motor skills and their perception of things as they age, and how we as professionals can help them with compassion and dignity with their transitions of their next phase of life. The FrontDoor Program dispels many of the stereotypes people assume about older adults and teaches us to be able to assist them and put them at ease more effectively.
I am so pleased with the material and support that I have been given through the FrontDoor training program. Even though it was a cash flow stretch, it was well worth it.
FrontDoor training is the perfect blueprint of what to expect, where to find business, options for how to structure your business and much more. It provides a greater understanding of the process when working with our senior population.
The FrontDoor training provided key materials to build a professional, educated Senior Move Manager to the client. From the moment I was contacted by a potential client through the completion of the job, I was able to refer back to one or more pieces of the FrontDoor training as a guide. In our community, word of mouth and testimonials drive the business, so it was critical we present an educated and professional image from the start. Your training provided us with key ingredients to build our success.
I am so pleased with the FrontDoor training program. This is an invaluable tool for anyone considering the senior move business. The training covers every aspect of the senior move business in a concise and easy to understand format. I was always excited about this business and through the Front Door training program I now feel prepared to provide a great service.

This past week, a blog I occasionally follow had an interesting post about one of our “pet” topics – ageism through language. It highlighted a study that explores this theme further in Media Takes: On Aging. Thought I’d share it with … Continue reading
